These General Terms and Conditions (“terms”) apply to all purchases made through the webshop operated by Camilia.

By placing an order, you agree to these Terms.

Products and availability
 

All products, images, and descriptions are presented as accurately as possible. Slight variations in colours or textures may occur. If an item becomes unavailable after ordering, we will notify you and offer an alternative or a refund.

 

Pricing and VAT

 

All prices displayed on the webshop are in EUR and include Belgian VAT. Shipping costs and any optional service fees are displayed during checkout before payment.

 

Ordering and contract

 

By placing an order, you offer to purchase the item(s). The contract is completed once you receive the order confirmation email or when your order is shipped.

 

Payment

Payments are processed securely via Wix Payments. Camilia does not store your credit card details.

 

Processing & delivery

​

Processing time: 1–2 business days.  

Shipping is handled via Sendcloud. Customers will receive available shipping options, prices, and estimated delivery times during checkout.  

We are not responsible for delays caused by carriers.

 

Right of withdrawal & returns
 

Consumers have a 14-day withdrawal period from the day the goods are received.

 

To exercise this right, contact us via email at Camille@camilia-official.com within 14 days.  

The customer is responsible for return shipping costs unless the product is defective or we made an error.

 

Conditions for returns:  
 

• Items must be unworn, unwashed, undamaged, and returned in original packaging.  

• All tags must remain attached.  

• For hygiene reasons, underwear and bras will be strictly inspected.  

• The hygiene sticker in the gusset of underwear must be intact.  

• Items with a removed or damaged hygiene seal cannot be returned.  

• If items show signs of wear, perfume, deodorant, makeup stains, or washing, we reserve the right to refuse the return.

 

Exchanges:
 

Exchanges for another size or colour are possible within the 14-day legal period.  

Exchanges are free of charge, but must be arranged by email at Camille@camilia-official.com.

 

Defective or incorrect products
 

If an item arrives damaged, defective, or incorrect, contact us immediately at camille@camilia-official.com.  

We will cover return costs and resend or refund the item.

 

Liability

We are responsible for defects in accordance with EU consumer law.  

We are not liable for delays or failures caused by events beyond our reasonable control.

 

Privacy

Your data is processed in accordance with our Privacy Policy.

 

Governing law

These Terms are governed by Belgian law. Consumer protection rules of your own country may also apply where relevant.

 

Amendments

Camilia may update these Terms at any time. The version valid at the time of order applies.
