At Camilia, we want every piece to feel perfect. If your purchase is not entirely right, you may return or exchange it under the conditions below.

 

Right of withdrawal
 

You have 14 days from the day you receive your order to request a return or exchange. 
To request a return or exchange, please email orders@camilia-intimates.com with:
 

• Your order number

• The item(s) you wish to return or exchange

• Reason for return
   

Our team will guide you through the next steps.

 

Return conditions
 

Items must be returned:  
 

• Unworn  

• Unwashed  

• Undamaged  

• With all original tags attached  

• In the original packaging

 

Hygiene requirements  
 

Because we sell lingerie, strict hygiene rules apply:  
 

• Underwear must still have the hygiene sticker in the gusset intact.  

• Bras and underwear must show zero signs of wear.  

• Items with removed seals, damaged hygiene stickers, visible wear, perfume, deodorant, or makeup marks cannot be accepted.

 

Return costs
 

Return shipping costs are covered by the customer, except when:
 

• You received a defective item.

• An incorrect item is received.

 

Exchanges
 

Exchanges for a different size are possible within 14 days.  

Exchanges are free of charge and arranged through email.

 

Refunds  
 

Refunds will be issued within 14 days of our receipt and inspection of the returned items, using the same payment method.

 

Defective or incorrect products  
 

If you receive a defective or incorrect item, email us with photos and your order number.  

In such cases, the return shipping is free.
