At Camilia, we want every piece to feel perfect. If your purchase is not entirely right, you may return or exchange it under the conditions below.

 

Right of return

You have 14 days from the day you receive your order to request a return or exchange. 
To request a return or exchange, please email orders@camilia-intimates.com with:

• Your order number

• The item(s) you wish to return or exchange

• Reason for return
   

Our team will guide you through the next steps.

 

Return conditions

• Items must be unworn, unwashed, undamaged, and returned in original packaging.  

• All tags must remain attached.  

• For hygiene reasons, underwear and bras will be strictly inspected.

• If items show signs of wear, perfume, deodorant, makeup stains, or washing, we reserve the right to refuse the return.

 

Return costs

Return shipping costs are covered by the customer, except when:

• You received a defective item.

• An incorrect item is received.

 

Exchanges

Exchanges for another size or colour are possible within the 14-day legal period.  

The cost of returning the good(s) is the customers responsibility, but the new exchange item(s) will be shipped for free.

 

Refunds  

Refunds will be issued within 14 days of our receipt and inspection of the returned items, using the same payment method.

 

Defective or incorrect products  

If you receive a defective or incorrect item, email us at orders@camilia-intimates.com with pictures of the defective or wrong item(s) and your order number.  In such cases, the return shipping is free.
